Tiffany C. Glenn joined Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, Inc. (CRCHC) in July 2019 as the Billing Operations Manager (BOM). In this capacity, Ms. Glenn collaborates closely with Chief Operating Officer Danita Washington and the organization’s financial leadership team to advance revenue cycle performance, strengthen collections, and implement strategic initiatives that directly impact CRCHC’s quality, growth, and patient experience. She is responsible for the oversight of daily billing operations, ensuring that all processes reflect and uphold the mission, vision, and core values of the organization.
Ms. Glenn earned her Billing and Coding Certification from Chronicles Billing and Coding School and holds the Community Health Revenue Cycle Management Certification (CH-RCMC) from ArchProCoding. With extensive experience in billing, coding, and accounts receivable management, she brings a proven record of operational leadership and a commitment to excellence in healthcare administration.
