Kelly Flournoy, BSN RN NCCPHN is a Credentialed Public Health Nurse in North Carolina with over a decade of experience in public health and nonprofit nursing. She currently directs Personal Health and Clinical Services Programs at the Forsyth County Department of Public Health.
Driven by a deep commitment to health equity, Kelly works to enhance clinical services by making them more client-centered and responsive to the social determinants of health. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in leading by example- with compassion, integrity, and the courage to drive meaningful innovation.
Beyond her professional role, Kelly finds balance and joy in strength training, figure skating, and crafting.
