He currently serves as Clinic Support Supervisor at Granville Vance Public Health, where he oversees registration, billing, scheduling, credentialing, and vital records operations across two counties. In this capacity, he leads staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages financial processes.
Previously, he held the role of Office Manager in Physician Services at Maria Parham Health, where he directed operations for multiple specialty clinics, fostered strong physician relationships, and advanced community outreach to improve access to care. Earlier in his career, he served as Administrator in Training in a long-term nursing facility, where he was responsible for the full scope of long-term care operations including staffing, budgeting, billing, and compliance.
Robert’s leadership experience also includes his tenure as Patient Access Manager at Maria Parham Health, where he streamlined scheduling, authorizations, and revenue cycle processes for multiple hospital departments. His early background in financial services and customer service provided a strong foundation in client relations and precision that continue in his leadership approach today.
