Molly Parsch is the Epidemiology Manager at Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness, where she oversees communicable disease investigations, outbreak response, and applied epidemiology initiatives. She began her public health career as a disease investigator during the COVID-19 pandemic and quickly advanced into regional and managerial roles. In her current position, Molly manages surveillance systems, staff training, and cross-sector partnerships to strengthen public health preparedness and response.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in Microbiology and Plant Science from Indiana University Southeast. She is completing her Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at the University of Louisville, where her work has emphasized environmental health, infectious disease prevention, and data-driven community engagement.

Molly is passionate about improving local data collection, storytelling through public health, and reducing health disparities among vulnerable populations, including the unhoused, elderly, and children. She brings both analytical skills and community rooted commitment to her leadership development.
