Sara Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. She completed a Master of Social Work degree and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Counseling at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. She is currently the Medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) program coordinator at High County Community Health and she provides clinical services to both medical and MOUD patients and oversees the MOUD program in Watauga and Avery Counties. In her spare time, she likes to go to yoga, read and spend time with friends.
