Alicia McCannMLT, ASCP, MLS

Alicia R. McCann is a native of Leakesville, MS. She has been a Coastal Crusader since 2005. Alicia has a total of 27 years working in the medical laboratory field and 22 years of x-ray experience. She has spent the last 17 years perfecting her skills in the laboratory department while having a dual role as an x-ray tech for Coastal. Her previous 10 years consisted of working at Wayne General Hospital and then working with Hattiesburg clinic at their Wiggins and Hattiesburg clinic locations. Recently Alicia completed a twenty-year goal of graduating with a Bachelor of Science with her Medical Laboratory Science degree, which she achieved through the University of Cincinnati in August of 2022. When Alicia is not working, she enjoys being with family, especially her Grandsons, Braven & Briar, and being a faithful and dedicated leader in her church.
