Lauren Cedor is the Deputy Director of Clinical Operations at Cobb & Douglas Public Health in Marietta, Georgia. She brings nearly a decade of expertise working in Public Health, including managing multiple health departments within the Metro Atlanta area focused on improving community health outcomes.

Throughout her career, Lauren has been committed to implementing strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical public health services. In her current role at Cobb & Douglas Public Health, she continues to advocate for innovative solutions and evidence-based practices that address the evolving needs of the communities she services as well as opportunities that ensure a supportive and empowering work environment which promote professional growth and well-being.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and a Master of Public Health from Augusta University. Prior to nursing, she served in the United States Navy for six years as a Cryptologic Technician, Interpretive at the National Security Agency coordinating the dissemination of classified information to support the Pacific Fleet’s top priority target.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and children, participating in 5ks, and various craft projects which collectively help her stay balanced and energized.
