Professional Career: Jeanette Hart is the Quality Services Manager at the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department. Starting as a bilingual health services clerk, she has advanced through seven roles, gaining deep operational insights. Jeanette manages the department’s accreditation, policy, quality improvement, Community Health Improvement Plan, Community Health Assessment, and community engagement. She is known for her decision-making skills and efficiency improvements.

Community Engagement: Jeanette is a graduate of the Commerce Lexington Leadership Class of 2023-2024, contributing to the Adopt a Park framework. She holds a certificate from the Kentucky Population Health Institute and has served on the Fayette County School Board Equity Council Committee since 2023, co-leading the School Renaming Sub-Committee. As a participant of the Public Health Foundation Council on Linkages Between Academia and Public Health Practice, she assists in workforce development tools. Jeanette is a member of the Family Learning Community codesign team and public health lead. She is also a founding member of the Arts and Health Alliance of Central Kentucky, integrating arts and healthcare.

Residing in Lexington, KY, with her husband and two children, Jeanette is actively involved in her children’s schools.
