Mrs. Jackson joined Beaufort Jasper Hampton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and School Based Health Director in June 2013. She is originally from Columbia, South Carolina where she attended the home of the Gamecocks, University of South Carolina, for both her degrees in Nursing and Primary Care. She moved to the Low Country in 2010 from Columbia, SC. Since 2013, she is credentialed with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been in nursing for nearly 15 years, with background experience in critical care nursing, cardiac nursing, adult medicine, and pediatrics. In March 2019, the Geiger Gibson Program in Community Health Policy of the George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services (SPHHS), awarded her with the Emerging Leader Award. She is also the award recipient of the National School Based Health Alliance Rising Star Award in June 2019. She enjoys showing compassion and providing quality health care to the patients and families of the Low Country, making a difference in one life at a time.
