Celita Graham serves as Human Services Planner and Evaluator II for the Wilson County Health Department in Wilson, North Carolina, bringing over 15 years of public health experience. In this role, she employs strategic planning and project management skills to oversee department communications, health education initiatives, and grant coordination. She has expertise in health promotion, community engagement, and program evaluation with a focus on addressing health disparities. Celita has led and contributed to several community health needs assessments that helped identify priority issues and guide resource allocation to underserved populations. She is a member of several local coalitions, the North Carolina Society of Public Health Educators, and the North Carolina Public Health Association. She develops targeted outreach plans and conveys information in accessible ways to engage diverse community members. She builds partnerships to maximize reach and drive health improvement efforts. Originally from Georgetown, South Carolina, Ms. Graham holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Clemson University and maintains her Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, a retired Air Force Sergeant, and their three children.
